She’s the girl that can become best friends with you in five minutes! Whether it’s sending brides an intentional, encouraging note in the midst of their hectic wedding planning, or staying late at the studio to help a stylist perfect a boho braid, you’ll find Laci is constantly thinking of others. This includes constantly thinking of ways to make the Tease to Please client experience more than just hair and makeup – it is Laci’s hope that everyone her team comes in contact with leaves feeling confident and loved.

Because of this, she’s passionate about staying up-to-date with not only the trends of the beauty industry, but with all things business, too. You’ll be sure to find Laci listening any and all business podcasts while driving to and from wedding venues (or heading to a spa day at Spa Castle or the Head Spa!) She founded TTP Pro to keep her knowledge of business ownership and leadership ever evolving as well as making sure her talented team of artists and stylists exceeds expectations of every client they encounter.

Born and raised in Paris, TX, Laci learned all things hair through a cosmetology program in high school. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Dallas and joined corporate America, spending five years in sales and marketing. She recognized her heart wasn't filled working behind a desk, and knew she instead belonged behind the chair. Combining her love for hair styling and people, she founded Tease to Please in 2013.

What started as a one-woman show in the metroplex has grown into teams of knowledgable, tenacious, and gifted ladies in Dallas/Fort Worth, East Texas, and Oklahoma. Despite all her well-deserved accolades, Laci has remained humble and gracious, understanding that none of this would be possible without YOU, our beautiful clients!
