MEET THE FOUNDER

Spend five minutes with Laci, and you'll understand the meaning of “southern hospitality.” A small town girl with a larger than life personality, Laci is the epitome of a servant-hearted leader. Whether it’s sending brides an intentional, encouraging note in the midst of their hectic wedding planning, or staying late at the studio to help a fellow stylist perfect a boho braid, you’ll find Laci is constantly thinking of others. This includes constantly thinking of ways to make the Tease to Please client experience more than just hair and makeup – it is Laci’s hope that everyone her team comes in contact with leaves feeling confident and loved.

Because of this, she’s passionate about staying up-to-date with not only the trends of the beauty industry, but with all things business, too. You’ll be sure to find Laci devouring any and all business podcasts while driving to and from wedding venues! She’s also enrolled in various coaching courses to keep her knowledge of business ownership and leadership ever evolving. Laci is dedicated to relaying all this education to her talented team of artists and stylists, ensuring that every client encounter exceeds expectation.

Born and raised in Paris, TX, Laci learned all things hair through a cosmetology program in high school. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Dallas and joined corporate America, spending five years in sales and marketing. She recognized her heart wasn't filled working behind a desk, and knew she instead belonged behind the chair. Combining her love for hair styling and people, she founded Tease to Please in 2013.

What started as a one-woman show in the metroplex has grown into teams of knowledgable, tenacious, and gifted ladies in Dallas/Fort Worth, East Texas, and Oklahoma. Despite all her well-deserved accolades, Laci has remained humble and gracious, understanding that none of this would be possible without YOU, our beautiful clients!

Our managers are always on top of things to ensure that our clients are taken care of in every way possible. From responding promptly to inquiries, to scheduling appointments, to creating timelines, and keeping our social media updated with the latest trends and inspo, our management team works together to make the hair and makeup booking process stress-free.

We take pride in our excellent customer service and strive to create an experience that gives you the professionalism of a team but the personal touch of an artist. Although we serve over 800 clients a year, we make sure you feel like you are our top priority by focusing on the small details to make each interaction personal to you.
