MEET THE MANAGERS
When Tease to Please was founded, it was just a girl with a curling iron and a heart for service. Now, we've grown not only our artists, but our management team too! With 9 incredible women to serve you from the first email to the last. Our managers are always on top of things to ensure that our clients are taken care of in every way possible. From responding promptly to inquiries, to scheduling appointments, to creating timelines, and keeping our social media updated with the latest trends and inspo, our management team works together to make the hair and makeup booking process stress-free. We take pride in our excellent customer service and strive to create an experience that gives you the professionalism of a team but the personal touch of an artist. Although we serve over 800 clients a year, we make sure you feel like you are our top priority by focusing on the small details to make each interaction personal to you.
Breanna Chwala
Director of Operations & Education
3rd generation cosmetologist so the beauty industry is basically in my blood! I met Laci at a wedding, we both saved the day for a bride whose team ghosted her and we’ve been a dynamic duo ever since. I married my wonderful husband Matt on New Year’s Eve 2020 (hey fellow Covid brides) In his vows, he promised to one day bring home a bulldog name Porkchop and he did just that making us a family of 3. Last name is Chwala but pronounced like the bear, koala. Wisconsin born and raised (go pack go). I love cold brew coffee, the color black, modern farmhouse anything, making people laugh, cooking, my Kia telluride (black Betty) and really anything from target.

The day goes by so quick! Soak in every moment while you are in it rather than being so focused on what’s next. Try to create private moments for just you two (first look, private dinner, private last dance) that allow you to slow down and take it all in.
A piece of advice for brides:
Current wedding trend you love:
Bows, piled high updo’s, and pops of color!
Jordan Vesper
Wedding Manager
I had been in several weddings that Tease to Please was working as a bridesmaid & I knew I loved this company. I’ve always worked in sales and loved having freedom of time so I took my shot in applying and landed this job in admin which has become my DREAM job. I’ve been on the team for almost 3 years now. In addition to working with Tease to Please, I have a ministry and podcast centered around my love for Jesus, which I enjoy doing in my free time along with spending time with my husband and dog, Ryder! I’m very laid back would probably catch me at a games night with friends then going out. I describe myself as a grandma at heart.

Audrey Jones
Appointment Manager
I was connected with Tease to Please through a friend, and I’ve been on the team for a little over a year now! I have a degree in management and was interested in working with a woman owned business. When I'm not scheduling appointments for our clients, I'm working as a professional dancer either performing or teaching aspiring dancers. Living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area means my downtime is spent typically trying a new coffee shop, reading with my book club, traveling, or hanging out with my (13) cats!!

Deserted island must-have:
My CeraVe moisturizer with SPF! I never leave the house without SPF on!
Asia Perez
I’ve always wanted to be in the wedding industry! I reached out to Laci as a freshman in high school and she offered me an internship opportunity. This turned into my five year Social Media & Marketing position with Tease to Please. I was born and raised in New Jersey, love to plan parties, and can usually be found at a concert. When I’m not working, I’m probably at my holy trinity (Target, Marshall’s, or Sephora) or with my girlfriend and our Boston Terrier!
Marketing + Social Media Manager
chronically online
It’s so special following a client on social media throughout their entire wedding process and then cheering them on years later when they travel, buy a house, or have babies! I’m also a sucker for a pretty aesthetic so it’s a dream to create branding that has a signature and identifiable look.

I am an ex-middle school math teacher turned HAMU artist and loving every minute! Being a mom is my only personality trait at the moment, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I joined the admin team just after my daughter was born and still work weddings on the weekends. I love walks in the woods, keylime pie, and Sunday dinners with my family. You can catch me out to eat in Southlake/Grapevine with my husband most weekends and I’ll never turn down dessert!
always under packs for vacation
A piece of advice for brides:
I highly recommend booking EARLY! Don’t wait to book hair and makeup, our artists book up so fast and don’t be afraid to constructively critique our work!
Current wedding trend you love:
Ditching the “bridesmaids” robes and getting your girls something they’ll really wear again!
Taylor Cole
Studio + Hair Extension Manager
I started as a makeup artist on the Oklahoma team after finding TTP through instagram. I've always had a passion for the wedding industry and fell in love with Dallas. I was looking to move, so it all worked out when they were looking to grow the admin team and needed a receptionist. I packed up everything, made the move, and have been living my best life ever since! In my free time I love trying different dance or fitness classes, trivia nights with my friends, hot girl walks, and hanging out with my puppy Winnie!

I started in the wedding industry years ago and took a break. Laci and I had always been friends and we reconnected at just the right time! I adore Laci and am so lucky that I found my place at TTP! My husband and have been married for 17 years and have two amazing kiddos and a spoiled dog. We absolutely love to be poolside in the summer and RV across the states any chance we get.
does that need a spreadsheet?
A piece of advice for brides:
Make sure you book a trial before the wedding day so there are no surprises!
Fun fact:
I can still remember the Gettysburg address (for the most part) that I had to memorize in 6th grade.
Taylor Ray
TTP Pro Coordinator
I started as a TTP artist and loved the idea of helping the team even more so I started slowly doing different things for Laci and bounced between so many different TTP manager jobs! I am married to one of my favorite people in the world and we have arguably the cutest kiddo and pup ever! I own a spray tanning/teeth whitening and permanent jewelry business in the same building as TTP which is so fun!! I love to travel and explore the world with my family.
